By placing an order for alcoholic beverages on this website, the customer confirms that they are at least 18 years of age. Foammall.com reserves the right to reject any order if the payment information on the order form is unreliable or to request payment by other suitable means.

Product Ownership, Import Documents and Fees/Taxes:

When Foammall.com sends the goods at the customer's request, ownership of the products will be transferred from this website to the customer.

If the goods are sent to a region or country outside of Hong Kong, the customer may be required to pay additional fees, taxes, or register for or apply for an import license for the products in the destination. These fees and document applications depend on the laws of the destination and Foammall.com has no control over or can predict the amount of such fees.

Foammall.com will not be liable for any such payments or document applications.

By completing the relevant ordering process, the customer accepts these terms and conditions and is responsible for all additional fees, taxes, or import document application matters for the ordered goods.

If the goods are returned due to taxes or other issues, the customer will be required to pay the relevant shipping costs, and Foammall.com will charge 20% of the total value of the goods as a handling fee.

Returns and Exchanges:

Hong Kong Region

If the customer finds any existing defects or damage to the received goods, the customer must notify us via email at admin@foammall.com or call our customer service hotline at (852) 2307 8366 / (852) 3583 1687 within seven days of receipt. The goods must be returned in their original packaging and in "brand new" condition. All return requests must first be communicated to and approved by Foammall.com.

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if the goods are damaged due to improper use.

For returns or exchanges, please bring the goods along with the purchase receipt and credit card to Foammall.com to exchange for the same model of goods. Third-party processing will not be accepted.

If the returned goods are without a receipt, the value of the goods will be calculated based on the lowest price ever sold.

If the relevant goods cannot be returned or exchanged due to being out of stock, the customer can select any goods and only needs to pay the difference in price.

If a defective product is returned and the situation is confirmed to be true, Foammall.com will be responsible for paying the shipping costs. If the unopened goods that do not meet the customer's wishes are returned after seven days from the date of invoice, Foammall.com will charge an administrative fee equivalent to 50% of the total price.

Foammall.com will not accept any return request if the customer loses the returned goods during shipment, and the return procedure will not continue.

Before accepting returned goods, Foammall.com must inspect and verify that the return meets the above requirements. If there are no problems, the refund will be issued in the form of PayPal, and the refund procedure will only begin when Foammall.com receives and confirms the returned goods.

The goods must be returned together with all gifts (including cash coupons, cash vouchers) that were included with the purchase of the goods, otherwise the value of the gifts will be deducted from the refund.

Foammall.com reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without further notice.

In case of any dispute, the decision of Foammall.com shall be final.

Overseas Regions

The goods must be returned in their original packaging and in "brand new" condition.

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if the goods are damaged due to improper use.

For returns or exchanges, please send the goods back to our website: "[Foammall's Return Address]" along with the purchase receipt to process the return. If the returned goods are without a receipt, the value of the goods will be calculated based on the lowest price ever sold. If the relevant goods cannot be returned or exchanged due to being out of stock, the customer can select any goods on this website and only needs to pay the difference in price.

Please pre-pay postage, purchase insurance, and use a traceable method to return the goods to this website.

If a product problem is found, Foammall.com will refund the postage incurred as a result.

Before accepting returned goods, Foammall.com must inspect and verify that the return meets the above requirements. Refunds for returned goods will include the original postage and the postage incurred for the return, and will be refunded via the original payment method. However, customers cannot use a faster or more expensive delivery service than the original website, and the website will not bear the difference.
