LBEDU Luster Beauty International Education Academy was founded by Wong Cho Yi and Wong King Lun and officially registered in 2013. It is a Hong Kong government-recognised beauty training institution, holding QF Star-rated status from the Education Bureau and accredited by multiple international qualification frameworks including the UK RQF and European EQF. The academy's predecessor dates back to 2008, and since 2015 it has expanded overseas, covering Southeast Asia and many cities in Mainland China, building a global beauty education network.

International Recognition & Government Subsidies

As an authoritative international beauty assessment centre, LBEDU is an official examination venue for VTCT, ITEC, City & Guilds, and many other international bodies, offering Level 2-6 advanced international qualification courses. The academy also offers five courses eligible for Hong Kong's CEF (Continuing Education Fund), allowing eligible students to apply for government fee subsidies and lower the barrier to learning.
