Product Ownership, Import Documents and Taxes

When Foammall.com ships products at the customer's request, ownership of the products will transfer from this website to the customer.

If products are shipped to regions or countries outside Hong Kong, customers may be required to pay additional fees, taxes, or register or apply for import permits for the products at the shipping destination. These charges and document applications depend on the laws of the shipping destination, and Foammall.com cannot control or predict the amount of such charges.

Foammall.com also assumes no responsibility for such payments or document applications.

By completing the relevant ordering process, customers accept these terms and are responsible for all additional fees, taxes, or import document applications for the ordered products.

Products returned due to tax or other issues Customers must pay related shipping fees, and Foammall.com will charge 20% of the total product value as a handling fee
 

Return and Exchange Policy (Hong Kong Region)

If customers discover any inherent defects or damage in the received products, they must notify Foammall.com within seven days of receipt via admin@foammall.com or by calling the customer service hotline at (852) 6031 3017. Products must be returned in their original packaging and in "brand new" condition. All return requests must first notify Foammall.com and obtain its permission.

Important Regulations:

  • Products damaged due to improper use will not be accepted for return or exchange
  • For returns or exchanges, please bring the products along with the purchase receipt and credit card to Foammall.com to exchange for the same model. Third-party handling is not accepted
  • If there is no receipt for returned products, the product value will be calculated based on the lowest selling price ever offered
  • If the relevant product cannot be exchanged due to the model being sold out, customers may select any product and only need to pay the price difference
Return Situation Handling Method
Defective products (confirmed to be true) Foammall.com is responsible for shipping fees
Returning unwanted and unopened products after seven days from invoice date A 50% administrative fee of the total price will be charged
Lost items during return shipping Foammall.com will not accept return requests, and the return process will not continue

Refund Procedure: Before accepting returned or exchanged products, Foammall.com must inspect and verify that the return meets the above requirements. If there are no issues, refunds will be issued via PayPal or other payment platforms. The refund process will only begin after Foammall.com receives and confirms the products to be returned.

Gift Returns: Products must be returned along with all gifts included with the purchase (including cash vouchers, cash discount coupons). Otherwise, the value of the gifts will be deducted from the refund.

Foammall.com reserves all rights to revise terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of any dispute, Foammall.com's decision shall be final.
